1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Regarding deposits:

12Governing Law

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days from the date of the dispute notice, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
